There is a vast array of different minitries operating within the church, each serving a particular target group, so it is important that these ministries maintain an accountability and connection with the overall vision and mission of the church.
Each of these ministrygroups is therefore encouraged to be outward focused sonas to avoid becoming self serving or independent of the wider church. As such each distinctive group is charged with the responsibility of actively seeking to find creative ways of serving the wider church and of connecting with other ministry groups within the church.
An example of this is the goung adults and youth of the church contributing to the overall pastoral care and mission of the church by undertaking gardening and maintenance jobs at the homes of the church's more senior members.
