Every year BAC has a number of people undertaking community service at the church. While the statutory role of BAC is to manage and supervise those doing community service as they complete their required hours, BAC is also committed to providing a non judgemental, friendly accepting and encouraging environment in which they can undertake their work.
BAC is committed to providing caring and understanding supervisors who will not only assure compliance of those on court orders but provide mentoring and guidance to those participating in the program. Where appropriate BAC offers counselling and assists participants to find meaningful work.
