BAC sees ministry to children as an essential part of the life of the church and seeks to create a caring, friendly environment where children can explore their relationship with God. We understand that faith is caught not taught and therefore needs to be modeled. As such children have their own time of age appropriate worship on Sunday mornings where they can learn the significance of faith and worship.
Children begin in the main church service with parents during which time there is a 3-5 minute children’s talk introducing the theme or topic being explored in Children’s Church. The children then leave for their own time of worship which usually begins with a couple of worship songs, followed by a Bible reading and memory verse, a talk, discussion or activity that expands the theme of the day, finishing with a fun activity and time of prayer.
